Tech Things, LLC
An independent technology consultant and software studio in Louisiana. Small on purpose.
We started with a problem we lived with every shift: wanted flyers arriving by e-mail, buried by the time an officer actually needed them. Active BOLO came out of that. It puts every bulletin on every officer's phone, seconds after it's posted, with photos, maps and one-tap reporting. It's built by a working deputy, for working deputies.
Somewhere along the way we also started making games. Flick & Feast and Sammy's Bug Feast are the kind of arcade games you can play with one thumb while waiting in line. No accounts, no sign-ups, and your progress stays on your device.
What we believe
- Do one job well. Every app has a single, clear purpose.
- Respect the user. Plain-language policies, minimal data, and a real person on the other end of support e-mail.
- Ship and listen. The best feature requests come from the people using the app at 2 a.m.
