Privacy Policy

Sammy's Bug Feast ("the app") is developed by Tech Things, LLC ("we"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used. The app has no user accounts, no sign-in, no chat, and no sharing features.

Information the app stores on your device

Your progress, settings, Golden Firefly balance, unlocked cosmetics, and statistics are stored only on your device. We cannot see this information and it is removed when you delete the app.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Apple's Game Center, the app reports your high score, highest level, and achievements to Game Center so they can appear on leaderboards and in your Game Center profile. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. You can sign out of Game Center in the iOS Settings app at any time.

In-app purchases

Purchases of Golden Fireflies and "Remove Ads Forever" are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, payment details, or billing address. Purchase records stay with your Apple account so you can restore them on your other devices.

Advertising

The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob unless you have purchased "Remove Ads Forever". AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier, when you allow tracking), approximate location derived from your IP address, and usage data to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from ad partners. Where required by law, the app asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change that choice later under Settings → Ad Privacy Options inside the app. On iOS you can also disable tracking for the app in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Information we do not collect

The app does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or health data, and it contains no analytics SDK of our own.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
