These terms govern your use of techthings.net (the "Site"), operated by Tech Things, LLC ("Tech Things", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. Our apps are governed by their own terms: Active BOLO by the Active BOLO Terms of Service, and our games by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. Use of the Site

You may browse the Site for your own information. You may not scrape it at scale, attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos and app names (including Active BOLO, Sammy's Bug Feast and Flick & Feast) are owned by Tech Things or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may link to the Site. You may not copy or republish its contents without permission.

3. Third-party links

The Site links to the App Store, activebolo.com and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

4. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We try to keep it accurate and available but make no promises that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Things is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed US $100.

6. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable federal law. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version with a new effective date.
