Flick & Feast Privacy Policy
Effective: July 31, 2026
Last updated: July 31, 2026
Flick & Feast (the “App”) is an iOS game provided by Daniel Doucet (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App, including information processed by advertising and platform partners.
Information handled by the App
We do not operate an account system or our own backend server, and we do not ask you to provide a name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
The App stores gameplay information locally on your device, such as your score, highest level, trophy progress, settings, tutorial status, and an active-game snapshot. This information is used to provide game functionality.
You can reset gameplay information from the App’s Settings screen. Removing the App also removes locally stored App data, subject to Apple’s device backup and restoration features.
Advertising and Google AdMob
The free version of the App uses Google AdMob to provide banner and interstitial advertisements. Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and Google’s configuration, Google and its advertising partners may process information including:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- device or advertising identifiers;
- advertisements viewed and interactions with advertisements;
- App launches, taps, and other product interactions;
- diagnostic information, crash logs, and performance information;
- consent choices and information needed to comply with privacy laws.
This information may be used to provide, personalize, measure, limit, and improve advertising; prevent fraud and abuse; perform analytics; and maintain service security.
Where required, the App presents Google’s consent message before requesting ads. The App requests ads only when Google’s consent system reports that ads may be requested.
If a Privacy Choices button appears in the App’s Settings screen, you may use it to review or change available advertising privacy choices. You may also limit tracking through iOS privacy settings.
The App does not currently request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. If that changes, this policy and the App’s privacy disclosures will be updated before tracking is enabled.

Remove Ads purchase
The App offers an optional non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. Purchases and restorations are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card information.
The App uses Apple’s StoreKit service to verify whether the Remove Ads entitlement is active and stores the entitlement state locally to suppress advertising.
Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy .
Game Center
If you use Game Center, Apple may process your Game Center identity, leaderboard activity, and gameplay score.
The App submits your score and current level to the Flick & Feast leaderboard and displays Apple’s Game Center interface. We do not operate a separate copy of your Game Center profile.
Game Center is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information directly.
Information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners for the advertising purposes described above, and by Apple for App Store purchases, Game Center, app distribution, security, and related platform services.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud.
Because we do not operate an App backend, we generally do not possess identifiable gameplay records to disclose.
Data retention and deletion
Gameplay and preference information stored by the App remains on your device until you reset it, remove the App, or it is otherwise removed by iOS.
Advertising, consent, purchase, and Game Center information is retained by Google or Apple according to their respective policies and legal obligations.
To clear local gameplay data, use the reset option in the App’s Settings screen or remove the App.
Advertising choices can be reviewed through the in-App Privacy Choices button when available and through applicable device or Google settings.
Requests concerning information held by Google or Apple should be directed to the applicable provider.
Children’s privacy
Flick & Feast is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information.
Advertising availability and treatment may vary based on region, consent, platform settings, and applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can address the request.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information we handle. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Google and Apple may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their policies and applicable legal safeguards.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, such as rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
Because we do not maintain user accounts or a backend database, most App gameplay data can be controlled directly on your device.
You may contact us with a privacy request, and you may contact Google or Apple regarding information they control.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its partners, or legal requirements change.
The revised policy will be posted at the App’s privacy-policy URL with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice where required.
